In 1988, two Moroccan brothers, Mohamed and Karim,ventured to the United States. They started their first business together in 1995, a Moroccan-Mediterranean and deli shop called Boomers. Still passionate about their Moroccan heritage and cuisine, they opened Oasis Restaurant and Catering years later. Today, Oasis still serves the brothers’ savory family recipes in a Moroccan inspired atmosphere.
