  • In stock items usually ship within 5 business days.
  • Other items can usually be made and shipped in 10 to 15 business days.

  • Made in and shipped from Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA.


Returns:
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days upon receipt to request a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number
  • This does not apply to any custom designs (unless a manufacturing defect is discovered and product is returned within 30 days)
  • Returns will not be accepted without a prior RMA number from our Customer Service team (800-238-3957)
  • All returned product must be unused
  • A 25% restocking charge is applied to non-defective returns.
    Please ask for one FREE pre-production sample to ensure proper sizing and your requirements are met prior to placing an order.
  • No returns of custom design items including products with foil imprinting.


Refunds for Returns:
  • Refunds will be granted upon return and inspection by Great Menu Covers
  • All returned product must be unused
  • A refund of the entire purchase (excluding all shipping charges), less a 25% restocking fee will be issued.

  • No refunds on custom designs (unless a manufacturing defect is discovered and product is returned within 30 days)


Order Cancellations and Modifications:
  • Unshipped orders may be cancelled or modified no later than 6 PM CST the next business day after the order is placed.
  • The order must be for returnable non-custom items as described in the return policy above.
  • Cancellation notice must be by phone verbally to our Customer Service team (800-238-3957). Order cancellations will not be accepted by voicemail, email or fax.
  • Cancellation requests received later than the 6 PM deadline above will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Order cancellation of custom design items are not accepted.
